 |
| Flower essences have been used
by ancient civilisations and for thousands of
years. However, they have become popular especially from
the 1930’s on when
Dr. Edward Bach, an English naturopath reintroduced them.
He is really
recognised as the grandfather of modern day flower essences.
Many people still use
his essences today but essences from other parts of the
world have evolved
which have a more contemporary feel to them which reflects
our modern day
constitution. |
| |
| On the products page you will find combination essences
from the Australian
Bush Flower essence range made by Ian White and the Flower Essences of Fox
Mountain from the Berkshire foothills in America made by Kathrin Woodlyn Bateman.
The energy of the essences is quite different due to
the part of the world
where the flowers come from and the beliefs and inspiration of the person who
created them in the first place. If you feel drawn to
work with them then it
is
probably best to choose the ones that you feel the most connected with. |
| |
| Flower essences do not work like drugs. They modify
the body’s natural energy
flow through the acupuncture meridians, the chakras and the subtle bodies
with the end result of affecting the very energy patterns that influences our
consciousness. |
| |
| They do not work to fix our symptoms rather they help
get to the root cause
of the problem be it emotional, mental or spiritual. As a result they can
contribute to the healing of physical illness regardless of the cause. |
| |
| They also help us work with our emotional self freeing
us from negative
beliefs and feelings and leave us empowered to move on and see things differently.
Some people report a change in their reactions to people,
situation or events
in their lives. Some notice an immediate shift in their energy as if an
enormous emotional block or otherwise has dissolved away. |
| |
Flower essences do not contain active chemicals or
possess pharmaceutical
properties. They are a kind of vibrational energy that brings about benefits
by
influencing a person's’ life force. Taking these flower essences is like
surrounding yourself with flowers that never fade or die. |
| |
|
Having used flower essences for years they are simple,
easy to use and free
from side effects. You are also free to choose them for
yourself. |
| |
 |
| These essences are intended to be taken orally either
directly on the tongue,
with some drops added to a glass of natural water( not
tea or coffee) or can
be rubbed on to the skin if a person is not able to take
orally. |
| |
| Please note that the each bottle contains the essences
of flowers but is
preserved in brandy. It is also good to keep your flower essences away from
electrical energy such as television, mobile phones and computers. |
| |
 |
| The Aborigines from Australia have been using flowers
for thousands of years
and I have found that the energy of the Australian Bush Flower essences are
very strong and very powerful. |
| |
| Created by Ian White, a fifth generation herbalist,
who spent much of his
childhood in the bush learning from his grandmother about the healing properties
of the plants and flowers. He first developed the essences
in the 1980’s. |
| |
 |
| Made in the foothills of the
Berkshire mountains west of Massachusetts in the
USA. The flowers are grown on land that is surrounded
by 2,000 acres of
wildlife management area. Getting to the farm where the
flowers are grown is a
challenge that only a four wheel drive vehicle can manage
during certain months
of the year. Kathrin’s essences are lovely and
gentle and very grounded and
are most definitely made with love and devotion. |

| Technological advancements
in the way in which food is produced means that we
eat more convenience foods than ever before. It lasts
a lot longer and
travels a far great distance to reach us because of the
way that food is now
preserved. Sometimes we now sacrifice nutrition over
convenience. It is challenging
for us therefore to get the supply of vitamins and minerals
that we need to
maintain a healthy lifestyle. It may therefore be necessary
for us to supplement
our diets to obtain an optimum balance. |

The Oracle of Illumination by Vicky and Philip Argyle
The Oracle is boxed set containing a deck of 72 cards,
60 cards based on the
wisdom of colour and light of numerology and 12 cards
of Singular Blessing,
together with a 240 page A5 book accompanying it. The
book contains
interpretations, suggested layouts, affirmations and
spiritual insight. |
| The cards and their corresponding interpretation are
used to provide
inspirational guidance and to give the user clarity in relation to issues that
they
are facing now or in the future. |
| The Keys of Illumination are the 60 images found in
the colour Gateways -
indigo, turquoise, olive , yellow, coral and red. These colourful cards seem
to
have the ability to detect and reflect aspects of ourselves that require
clarification on all levels from our physical to our spiritual being. |
| The additional 12 cards of Singular Blessing are separate
from the Keys of
Illumination in that they use colours that have not already been incorporated.
These 12 cards have a very powerful message that seems to go beyond the
dimension of understanding to the 60 Keys. |
| The cards use a lovely combination of the feminine
aspect of colour which
relates to flow, together with the masculine aspect of numerology which relates
to the wisdom of Source. They are shown combined on the
cards which offers
guidance to the individual as to how to express the full nature of their gifts.
Within the book there are Instant Illuminations (brief insights) and full
interpretations for each of the cards. Also full, and brief, definitions for
each of the individual colours and numbers. The Keys
of Illumination each
contain an Affirmation within the full interpretations, whilst the cards of
Singular Blessing contain a Blessing for the journey ahead. |
| The box set is a lovely gift for yourself or for somebody
else. |
