Credit Card Security via WorldPay
Your credit card details are not sent direct to us at all. They are handled by a secure third party called Worldpay which is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Your credit card details are specially encrypted and sent via a secure server to them. Payment is made to Worldpay who subsequently pay completelynatural.co.uk. This allows us to only process the order that you have placed and where applicable allows us to instruct Worldpay to make and necessary refunds to you.

Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Register with us first then just browse through the available products and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ìGo to checkoutî and you will be asked for your name and address details so that we can deliver your order.

After receiving your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
 

Delivery schedule

Your order will be packed and posted to you by First Class Royal Mail. Heavy parcels will be sent using Royal Mailís standard parcel service. Your order will be shipped within 5 working days, but please allow up to 21 days in busy periods. Inland orders should arrive the next day as deliveries are usually by first class post. Overseas orders will, of course, take a little longer.
 
Shipping and handling
Postage and packaging costs £2.35 for each order, however, orders over £100 will receive free postage and packaging for all UK deliveries only. For destinations out with the UK delivery will be extra and will be based on international postage rates. We quote a price to you that includes air mail post and packaging and the quote will be in British pounds. We do not accept liability for loss or damage in transit for overseas orders.
 
Method of payment
Your credit card or debit card is processed at the time of the order. Orders can be placed by Visa and Mastercard and debit cards. If you are shopping out with the UK then your credit card company will will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Orders can also be fulfilled by sending a cheque in sterling together with a completed order form.
 
Items Out of stock
If for any reason an item is out of stock your card will be credited and you will receive an e-mail advising you when the item is back in stock providing you with the opportunity to reorder.
 
Returns policy
Product should be returned within 7 days. No exchange can be made for products where the tamper evident seal has been broken.

On goods ordered in error there will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned goods.

The cost of returning the goods rests with the consumer. When the products are returned unopened and unused then a refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
 
Damaged in transit
Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded - but you must advise us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and must send them back to us first. Damaged goods must be returned to Completely Natural within 7 days

Complaints
In the event of a complaint, we will endeavour to reply within 5 working days and will keep you informed of its progress. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.
